MANDATE POSITION

Engagement occurs under formal written mandate from governance, audit committee, board-level authority, or designated executive sponsor. The layer operates outside management and outside audit to prevent narrative inheritance.

Operating constraint

Written-only exchange. I operate strictly in writing. No system access. No operational intervention.

What I do

Isolate a Primary Clock and the governing window.
Anchor conclusions to evidence layers (E0–E8), not recollection.
Stabilise one defensible written version that survives time and turnover.
Package artefacts so an auditor can verify without interviews.

What I do not do

No optimisation plan. No “next steps”. No operational advice.
No blame attribution. No adjudication. No exposure theatre.
No system integration. No tooling installs. No dashboarding.
No parallel narratives. The record is either singular — or it is not.

Commercial posture

This is a temporary mandate over the written record, engaged by governance, internal audit, risk, or investigation leadership under decision pressure.
