Each mandate produces a written artefact that establishes the governing written position at the moment examined.
The artefact is designed to stand independently under:
- internal governance review
- audit scrutiny
- regulatory examination
- formal dispute processes
Once issued, the artefact records and freezes the governing written position for the matter examined.
